Cold Water Day Retreat

Experience your primal power in the cold water

As a certified life coach and Primal power coach/ice bath trainer, I would be happy to professionally guide you to discover the power of cold water in a small group (max 5) with a lot of personal attention.


After my workshop, with the right breathing exercises, mindset and courage, you can experience the incredible freedom and primal power that the cold water brings you.


From cold showers to ice baths and winter swimming, you will be able to experience more energy and inner peace through the cold water, in a responsible way.

What can you expect from this day?

Getting to know each other and setting intentions over a cup of tea

Relaxation breathing and guided release session

Mindset training, heat breathwork and warm-up exercise

One on one coaching in cold water and warm up breathing

Follow up

Starting in 2025, follow-up sessions will be organized for participants of the Cold Water Day Retreat. I’ve noticed that many participants are eager for a continuation of the retreat to maintain their practice with professional guidance. That’s why, from the fall onwards, I will be offering follow-up sessions, giving you the opportunity to connect and immerse yourself in cold water on a monthly basis.

This is a try-out, so the format may still be adjusted, but here’s how I currently envision it:



During these follow-up moments, you’ll have the chance to connect, breathe, and dip or swim in cold water at my home every month.


What does a follow-up session look like?


  • Welcome and introductions
  • Group Wim Hof breathwork as preparation
  • Guided cold water immersion within a safe time frame, predetermined based on water temperature
  • Group rewarming exercises
  • Closing with a cup of tea and time to share experiences


Duration: 1 hour


When?: Dates to be announced later


Frequency: One Saturday per month, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM

How? You register in advance for each session, payment upon registration
